Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. There are no penalties for cancellations within 24 hours. Last minute cancellations or no shows incur in full charge of the service. 

Right to Refuse Service

The therapist reserves the right to refuse appointments or terminate treatment sessions for the following reasons: conditions or pathology are present for which massage is contraindicated, conditions outside of the therapist’s scope of practice or skill set, improper or lewd conduct, intoxication, sexualizing the session or for any other reasons that compromise the integrity and safety of the therapist or the clients.

Confidentiality and Records

Wise Body Massage & Bodywork is committed to protecting the clients’ privacy and confidentiality. Your information will not be shared with third parties without expressed written consent, unless when required by law.  

Covid-19 Protocols

Wise Body Massage & Bodywork follows Practice Guidelines recommended by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB), along with infection control recommendations made by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).


Infection control and the safety of clients is a top priority. Here is important information about COVID 19 protocols in place to protect your health.


  • The therapist is fully vaccinated and continues to comply with CDC vaccination recommendations
  • The therapist will wear a face mask during treatment
  • CDC guidelines for deep cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, using EPA registered disinfectant are in place
  • The therapist follows CDC guidelines for hand washing and sanitizing hands between clients

  • Cancelling your appointment if you are feeling sick or have symptoms of COVID-19, including fever, shortness of breath, and coughing. The cancellation fee will be waived.
