Bodywork Services
Structural Integration is a type of manual therapy that is whole body focused and is delivered in a series of 12 bodywork sessions. We work with the fascia to free up constricting patterns held in the body with the goal of inviting more freedom of movement, enhancing posture and promoting a more efficient relationship to gravity.
The Anatomy Trains 12-series follow an effective protocol based on the pioneering work of Ida Rolf and Thomas Myers and is tailored to each individual. The first four sessions deal with the superficial fascial layers of the body, the next four explore the deeper ‘core’ structures, and the last four sessions integrate and prepare the body for the future.
Each session includes a thorough body reading and gait analysis. The work is collaborative and dynamic. It emphasizes enhanced awareness of postural patterns and ends with gentle balancing work.
Each session lasts between 75-90 minutes and is priced at $100. Prepay a package of 3 sessions for $270 and save 10%.

Cupping is a treatment technique that places cups on the skin to create an area of suction. Cupping helps remove longstanding stagnation and improves blood flow to the area . It is great at decreasing perception of pain and improving range of motion when there is a restriction present.
Gua Sha is a treatment technique that removes stagnation, relieves pain, stimulates the body’s healing response, and restores balance in the area used. Gua Sha is performed by using various tools to lightly stroke the muscles in an area, stimulating microcirculation of the soft tissue, which helps increase blood flow and aid in pain relief.
A soothing and therapeutic application of static and gliding basalt stones on various parts of the body. The heat and weight of the stones promotes a calming reset of the nervous system. The heat further allows the blood vessels to expand, allowing more blood to flow and improve circulation, while delivering more oxygen to the muscles. A great add on to address pain and stress.
